We can locate suitable buildings within the clients budget and brief and undertake a detailed property survey and a feasibility report detailing the earning potential from the property and advise on suggested uses and estimated costs of works required.

Subject to further instructions, we will then prepare all the necessary design plans, planning applications etc as well as obtaining estimates and quotations from our approved sub-contractors to obtain the most competitive costs for the works, which will be fully managed by us as Principal Contractor to ensure the agreed budget, timescales and compliance with all relevant legislation are met.

During the works, we will maintain a very close working relationship with the client in order that any necessary changes to the design/scope of works are managed appropriately.

Once the works to the property are complete, we can then assist the client with selling or leasing the property(s), and offer a full management service, including repairs, Landlord/Tenant services if the property(s) is/are leased.
